Privacy Policy
Callback SMS (the "App") processes certain permissions and information only on your device so it can automatically send the message templates you create when outgoing, incoming, or missed call events occur. This policy explains what information the App processes, why it is used, and what information is not transmitted externally.
01 Information We Process
The App temporarily uses the following information on your device to provide automatic MMS sending. All information is processed only on the device and is not collected or stored on a separate server.
- Call event information (outgoing, incoming, or missed call type and event time)
- The other party's phone number (to determine auto-send eligibility and compare against blocked numbers)
- Message template titles, message subjects, and message bodies entered by the user
- Photos selected by the user as attachments (used for MMS sending)
- Numbers registered by the user as excluded recipients
- Send history containing success or failure status and reasons for skipped sends
02 Purpose of Processing
- Automatically send MMS only for calls that match the configured days, time range, and call conditions
- Prevent automatic MMS from being sent to numbers registered as excluded
- Provide send history so users can review whether messages were sent and why any sends were skipped
- Send a test MMS to the user's own number through the "Message Test" feature in Settings
03 Permissions
The App uses the following permissions to provide these features. If required permissions are denied, core features will not work. All permissions are used only for on-device operations.
04 Retention and Deletion
All information processed by the App is stored only in the user's device storage. Templates, excluded numbers, and send history are deleted when the user deletes them directly, uses "Clear Send History", or uninstalls the App. No separate server storage or backup is performed.
05 Third-Party Sharing and External Transmission
The App does not provide the user's call information, phone numbers, template content, photos, or send history to the operator or any third party, and does not transmit them to external servers. Automatic MMS messages are sent directly through the device carrier's messaging path, and the App records only the result (success or failure) on the device.
06 Subscription and Payment Information
Automatic MMS sending works only while a subscription is active. Payment and subscription status checks are handled through the Google Play billing system. Payment-related personal information such as payment method and billing address is processed by Google Play, not by the App. The App only checks whether the subscription is active or inactive.
07 User Rights
Because all information handled by the App remains on the device, users can view, modify, or delete it directly in the App at any time. Users can immediately stop processing by deleting templates, removing excluded numbers, clearing send history, or uninstalling the App.
08 Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 14 and does not separately collect or store children's personal information.
